Toolly was born from a simple frustration: every tool site on the internet was bloated with ads, required signups, uploaded your files to unknown servers, and charged for basic functionality. We knew there was a better way.

The internet was supposed to democratize access to powerful tools. Instead, it created walled gardens — sites that demand your email, upload your files to their servers, track your every move, and lock basic features behind paywalls.
We built Toolly to be the opposite. Every tool runs in your browser. No uploads, no tracking, no signup walls. Just open a page and use the tool. This is possible thanks to modern web technologies — WebAssembly, Web Workers, Canvas API, and the File System Access API — that let us do serious computation entirely client-side.
Today, Toolly is 14 specialized sites with 269+ tools, used by millions of people every month. From students compressing PDFs to developers formatting JSON to job seekers building resumes — we serve everyone, for free, without compromise.

How we grew from 3 sites to 14 — building the largest free-tools network on the internet, one phase at a time.
Foundation
Launched PDFly, Pixly, and HumanAI — our first three sub-sites covering PDF tools, image tools, and AI humanization. Established the core architecture: 100% client-side, no signup, privacy-first.
Expansion
Added CalcPro with 49 finance calculators, AIHub for AI writing, SEOMate for SEO tools, and QRKit for QR code generation. Cross-site navigation and unified branding implemented.
Growth
Launched DevKit for developers, Textly for text manipulation, ResumeAI for career tools, and SocialKit for social media. Hit 200+ tools across 11 sites with 5M+ monthly uses.
Completion
Added ShieldX for security tools, Designly for design utilities, and Convertly for file format conversion. The ecosystem reached 269+ tools across 14 sites — the largest free-tools network on the internet.
